課程概述

103學年度第一學期人類學系謝世忠教授所授「大陸東南亞部落社會與文明傳統」(M/D)一課有重要通知,請同學們留意。
1. 謝教授2014年9月17日至10月17日在俄羅斯聖彼得堡大學交換教授,因此正式上課日延至10月23日(四)15:30-18:20。
2. 原定第一周上課時間9月18日(四)15:30,請擬欲選修或加選課程的同學,至人類學系308教室報到,有專人在場發給課程大綱和加選單,同時進行相關說明。
3. 10月23日正式上課之後的連續幾周,均須一周上課二次,補課時間23日當天商定。


本課程將在對傳統與現代彼此競爭、對話、輳合、或敵視的理解架構下,探討東南亞大陸地區之國家、社會、族群、及文化等各層面的動態現象。我們除了以泰國、寮國、緬甸、柬埔寨、馬來西亞、以及越南等國家為討論對象,冀望同學能對各國社會文化有基本瞭解之外,亦準備在歷史人類學、宗教人類學、生態與經濟、少數族群與發展、國族建構、兩性議題、移民與文化、以及跨境景觀等諸主題領域中,引領同學建立規劃各項“問題意識”模式之研究的策略。

課程要求
1. 自第3週起,每週由一、二位同學主持討論(主持者應先以15至20分鐘簡介本週閱讀文獻)。
2. 自第3週起,除主持討論者之外,每位同學均應就該週閱讀文獻中,提出三個問題,並影印分送教師和所有同學。
3. 第5週上課時,每位同學須繳交一份The Golden Peninsula一書的閱讀心得書面報告,約3000至5000字,格式不拘。
4. 另應撰寫二篇小型研究報告。教師將於第9週發二至十個題意,同學從中擇定題(目)撰寫一約3000至5000字報告,格式另行規定。請於三周後交齊。第二篇的發題和交齊日期分別為第16週(6月6日)和上課結束後一周。
